Xiesu was a poet in Ming Dynasty and Mi’an Poetry Manuscript was his collection of poem. The first edition of Mi’an Poetry Manuscript was printed in1398and the second edition was printed in1569. In1605the second edition was burned up,while the manuscript was survived. In1625the thurd edition was printed.There are five volumes in Mi’an Poetry Manuscript which was marked by the Heavenly Stems,from Jia to Wu.It includes378poems. Jia volume is Five-character-ancient-verse.Yi volume is Gexing.Bing volume is five-character-regulated-verse, long five-character-regulated-verse and seven-character-regulated-verse.Ding volume is seven-character-regulated-verse.Wu volume is seven-character-regulated-verse, long seven-character-regulated-verse,five-character-cut-short,and seven-character-cut-short.The Mi’an Poetry Manuscript was divided into three parts by1368year and1384year. The frst part is the life of XieSu at the end of the yuan’s career in the army.The middle part is the most important period of Xiesu poetry writing, especially the periods of two travel to the northwest poetry creation had a huge impact. As one of Fujian officials in the last period, the poems expressed the thought of duity for the Country and the people.The Mi’an Poetry Manuscript reached to vigorous and firm style.It often put history in poems, and even take a history as a poem.Xiesu was good at long description,and has had written many poems of tremendous vigor,which are circling swing reciprocating, and at the same time, pay attention to the balance of the emotion o f the poems. The most important part of the Mi’an Poetry Manuscript is the Arias recording the history. Life consciousness of Xiesu waked up in the process of think of history. At the same time XieSu’poems are varied in style, some one is pure and fresh and refined, another is natural and sincere. The Mi’an Poetry Manuscript shows a scholar’s educated depth, a poet’s consciousness, and a man’s complicated spirit.
