With extensive reference to previous studies, based on the structural frameworkof emotional intelligence EIS scale for the theoretical concept, we draw up the videoquestionnaire for the preparation of the Emotional Intelligence. With combination ofsimplified coping style questionnaires and self-harmony questionnaire, collegestudents for the study subject to explore the relationship between emotionalintelligence, coping style, and self-harmony.In this study, the class of collective testing, a total of820questionnaires wereissued, of which795questionnaires were valid, and the effective rate is97%. Afterstatistical analysis, the conclusions are as follows:1.Editing the university students’ emotional intelligence is feasible, is able tomeasure the emotional intelligence.2. Emotional Intelligence、 coping style and self-harmony are Relatedsignificant.To some extent, self consistency and emotional intelligence related.3.Emotional Intelligence、coping style can predict the development of selfconsistency4. The three path mode of emotional intelligence, coping style, self-harmony fitwell.
