As a special group of teenagers,secondary vocational students are under more pressure than high school students of the same age from family,society and future career development Further,as the psychology of secondary vocational students is not mature enough,many psychological problems are often produced when they are under a lot of stress,such as anxiety,depression and bad environmental adaptation.Therefore,how to guide and help secondary vocational students to correctly understand pressure and adopt reasonable coping style to alleviate psychological pressure have great practical significancePrevious researches have shown that emotional intelligence,general self-efficacy and resilience have a significant impact on coping style of teenagers.However,the research objects are given priority to undergraduates and general secondary school students.Furthermore,among the study discussing the influence of emotional intelligence on coping style adopt a single perspective,only a few explore the relationship between resilience and general self-efficacy.Therefore,the objects of this study were 437 secondary vocational students in grade one and two from two secondary vocational schools of Ningbo area.The intermediary variable factors of resilience and general self-efficacy were introduced into the relationship of emotional intelligence and coping style in this study,which helped to reveal the mechanism of resilience and general self-efficacy on emotional intelligence and coping style through questionnaire survey method.The Spss22.0 and Amos21.0 were used to do statistical methods of T-test,correlation analysis and the test of multiple mediation effects.The main conclusions are drawn as follows:1.The emotional intelligence of secondary vocational students has significant differences in gender.The resilience has significant differences in gender,the only child and family structure.The general self-efficacy and coping style have no significant differences in demographic.2.The emotional intelligence,resilience and general self-efficacy of secondary vocational students have significant positive correlation with positive coping style,but negative coping style is just the opposite.The three variables of emotional intelligence,resilience and general self-efficacy are positively correlated to each other3.Resilience of secondary vocational students plays a partial mediation effect between emotional intelligence and positive coping style.However,resilience plays a full mediation effect between emotional intelligence and negative coping style.Meanwhile,general self-efficacy of secondary vocational students plays a partial mediation effect between emotional intelligence and positive coping style.General self-efficacy plays a partial mediation effect between emotional intelligence and negative coping style4.The resilience and general self-efficacy play multiple mediation effects between emotional intelligence and positive coping style.Meanwhile,the resilience and general self-efficacy play multiple mediation effects between emotional intelligence and negative coping style.
