Euthanasia have been carried out secretly and semi openly for a long time inChina,it is a problem that can not be avoided. The Chinese People has a profoundethical,but some traditional morality become serious obstacle in the process ofeuthanasia’s legitimation. It will be possible to make the legalization of euthanasiathat make these ethical obstacles get a reasonable explanation.Euthanasia in our country faces the predicament of the traditional concepts andpractices. But these dilemmas can not really hinder the legalization ofeuthanasia.Euthanasia is the inevitable result of social civilization progess and it canpromote the social interest and make health resource’s distribution more fairer;Euthanasia has medical ethics basis,it is justify of the doctor have patients implementeuthanasia;Euthanasia reflects individual pursuit to the right of life autonomy,thequality of life and the value of life;Euthanasia endows new connotation to thetraditional "filial piety" and maintains the interests of the family members;it may avoidthe side effects that the implement of euthanasia must be placed under the principlesof respect life, informed consent and justice.The paper first clears the definition of euthanasia,reviews the history ofeuthanasia in Chinese and at abroad,expounds the difference between euthanasia andphysician-assisted suicide,emphasize the purpose of euthanasia; Second,analyse thedilemma of the euthanasia.The implementation of the euthanasia conflicts with thetraditional concept of life and death,traditional family values and traditional medicalethics.in addition to and it still faces many practice confusions of moral dilemma,legaldifficulties and technical difficulties that the euthanasia is legislated; Again,deeplyanalyse euthanasia from the perspect of social ethics,medical ethics,life ethics andfamily ethics,the analyce will provide full ethical basis for the implementation of theeuthanasia;Finally,the paper point out that the enforcement of euthanasia shouldfollow the principle of automomy in life,informed consent principle and the principlesof justice and ethica,only comply with the cettain moral principles will have the innerinvestigates and not used.
