The pro-social behavior refers to the behavior which accord with the social expectation and benefits the others. The researches in the past considered that both moral judgment ability and guilt could influence pro-social behaviors. This research is aimed to explore the mediation effect of guilt between moral judgment ability and pro-social behaviors.In all667middle school students ranged from junior1to senior3took part in this research to draw a conclusion that guilt mediates the relationship between moral judgment ability and pro-social behaviors. The research results are as following:1. The moral judgment ability of middle school students basically reached the third and fourth degree. There are gender and grade differences in moral judgment ability. The girl’s got higher score than boys; the seniors got higher score than juniors.2. There are gender and grade differences in guilt of middle school students. The girl’s got higher score than boys; the seniors got fewer score than juniors.3. There is a significant correlation among moral judgment ability, guilt and pro-social behaviors. And guilt mediates the relationship between moral judgment ability and pro-social behaviors of middle school students.
