Preposition is an important speech of Modern Chinese. The Grammar andusage of9prepositions of time has been analyzed from three standpointsof Syntax, Semantic and Pragmatic by the study of Modern Chinese corpus.Through the study of interlanguage corpus, it is analyzed by the languagelearners’ specific studies on these9prepositions of time that there aresome regular differences among the types of errors made by the learners.The result shows that there are differences on foreign students’ learningof time prepositions, which can be divided into3levels according to thedifficulties. So we can set the order of teaching grammar to improve thepractices in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.
