Closing to the textbooks of TCSL and based on the second language acquisition theory in the course of our research,and considering from the perspective of error analysis,contrastive analysis,combined with previous studies,we classify the Chinese time words into two parts:time words and time phrases,and the time words are mainly time nouns,the time phrases which can express time conceptions contain noun phrases,positional phrases,prepositional phrases,and time phrase combined by demonstratives "this" and "that".This thesis collects 7377 pieces of Japan and South Korea students' compositions from the "HSK dynamic compositions corpus" of Beijing Language University.Based on the theories of second language acquisition,and the methods of error analysis and comparative analysis,we study the types and reasons of errors of Japanese and Korean students on the composition,and give some targeted teaching suggestions.Through the studies of the corpus,we find that when Japanese and Korean students use time words and phrase to express time conceptions,the main error followed by error generation,omission,coinages,disordering and words-redundant five types. Among them, the largest number of errors is error generation,which is the largest proportion,then followed by omission,coinages,disordering and words-redundant. By using the method of error analysis and contrastive analysis, this paper analyzes the performance of the above five types of errors from two aspects of time words and time phrases, and corrects the errors.Through the study of the errors of time words of Japanese and Korean students,this thesis further analyzes the reasons of the errors of Chinese time words and time phrases in Japanese and Korean students, and divides the reasons into internal and external factors. The internal factors are mainly the negative transfer of mother language,the negative transfer of target language,the particularity and flexibility of Chinese time concepts expression and the economical of Chinese language,and the influence of students' cognitive strategies in Chinese learning. The external factors mainly include the influence of teachers,and the influence of the textbooks of TCSL and dictionaries in their Chinese learning.According to the research of types and reasons of errors of Japanese and Korean students,this paper puts forward three time words teaching suggestions,namely by using the methods of contrastive analysis, paying attention to structured teaching skills,guiding students to use learning strategies correctly. We also put forward some useful suggestions about the compilation of the textbooks of TCSL and dictionaries.
