In all the achievements of the Harlem Renaissance, black fiction is the mostnoteworthy. Distinct ethnic consciousness and strong sense of racial pride is thecharacteristics of black fiction. The systematic analysis of recognition of theiridentity to the race-conscious performance which in black novel, helping us tounderstand the psychological process of blacks and blank race in American societyin the future to have a profound significance.The article is divided into three parts of the introduction, body and conclusionThe Introduction overview of the situation of domestic and international research onthe Harlem Renaissance, In addition to this innovation, the purposes and methods ofresearch, the problem to be solved overview. The article has three chapters,the firstchapter is black fiction and the Harlem Renaissance.
