Internet advertisements take network as the base and develop on it. Internet advertising language is a particular language symbol.It attain the claim of internet advertising by combine with video, voice and picture, and then with unique words combination and unexpected creation, it can obtain attention of netizen. The lexicon of internet advertising language is characterized by these four aspects:language rhythms, essential features of lexicon, sentences, and headline and on rhetoric, at the same time it will mature and stable gradually. First, the concept, category, features and General development of Internet advertisement and internet advertising language will be introduced in this paper, and then the application of rhetoric of internet advertising language is specially discussed. This including concretely:rhetoric theory elaboration, the function of rhetoric in internet advertisement, and some contents concern with morphology, syntax and prosody. The application of pun internet advertising language is develop thoroughly at the end of the paper.
