Although there is no "Chu Feng" in "The Book of songs", around Jianghan area, due to the geographical locations some small countries whose first name was Ji wereinvaded repeatedly by Chu and were greatly influenced by Chu. Nan and Chen Fengwhich were born in this place reflects the natural scenery and native customs, and theyhave a strong and unique style. Therefore, those works can be called "Near ChuFengPeom". The small countries with the first name Ji in Jianghan area, has a similarcustom with Chu. But they are the branches of Zhou Royal Family, so in the two"Nan" also reflects the cultural characteristics of zhou. Actually Chen is a descendantof Dongyi nation, and in Dongyi, the ghost and evil were worshiped. And the samewas true in Chu, which was the neighbor of Chen. Mrs Ji, Chen’s minister, also likeswitch prayer and ghost dance music. In The spring and Autumn Period, Chen’s rulerswere profligate and devoid of principles, Chen’s ghost winds prevailed a lot, so in"Chen Feng", there were much f unrequited love poetry which reflects the free andromantic poem style."Bin Feng" is the work produced in Qi Bin area by their early habitats, the workdepicts Zhous’ early agricultural life and big historical events, and reflects earlyZhous’ thoughts. In the late Western Zhou Dynasty, Qin Xiang Gong commanded histroops to save Zhou, and to escort the king moving east. Later the King of ZhouDynasty canonized Qin Xiang Gong. In Qin Wen Gong’s period, the King got Qi andBin back, and let Zhou’s culture be permeated in Qi Bin. Qins were a branch of theDongyi, early from the east to the right of Long, and married with Rongdis, Qins weregood at good shooting. Furthermore, Qins often started wars between the Xirongs. Inthe late Western Zhou Dynasty, Qins’s forces were gradually strong, and developed tothe East, in a certain degree they accepted Zhou’s culture. Therefore the ingredients ofQin’s culture appears much more complex, which not only includes his own culture, but also the integration of Rongdi’s culture and Zhou’s Culture."Qin Feng" reflectsthe cultural diversity, in which there are poems reflecting Zhou’s culture and there aredescription of war horses and chariots. Because some birth places were the same,"Qin Feng" and "Bin Feng" are quite similar in their themes—the admire and praises for their political leaders. However, because of their different times of producing anddifferent cultural background, their styles are different."Bin Feng" appeared earlier, when the Zhous engaged in farming industry, and seeking for development. Therefore,"Bin Feng" is sincere and practical;"Qin Feng" originated in the late Western Zhou,at the beginning of the Spring and Autumn, at that time the society was greatly unrest, and the Qins were aggressive, as a result,"Qin Feng" reflects the lament heroiccharacteristics.Due to their different geographical environments, cultural backgrounds,"ZhouNan","Shao Nan","Chen Feng","Qin Feng" and "Bin Feng" show differentcharacteristics. But in the process of producing, they were all influenced by Zhou’sculture (politeness), and show the characteristic in pre-Qin era—"diversity".The paper consists of four parts. Introduction introduces the relationship betweenQin and Chu and the reason of the lack of "Chu Feng", and put forward the definitionof "Near Chu Feng". The first chapter discusses the two "South" and "Chen Feng"from the cultural features and poetic themes, and focuses on the love poems in the two"South" and "Chen Feng".
