In the proces of teaching activities, teachers and students have a very close relationship.The interaction between teachers and students in the classroom, teachers will affect thestudents, and the students also will affect the teachers.Student-centered concept in the modern teaching method has broken the teacher-centeredconcept in ancient teaching method. It cultivate the enthusiasm and the students’communication ability, without reducing the important role of teacher in the classroom.Presently, teacher should avoid playing the role of an initiator and at the same time shouldguide the students to self-construct knowledge.The aim of teaching activities is to let the students mastered the content of the lessons. Inorder to attain it, teacher should develop the students motivation, create the study atmosphere,understand the class management and etc. Teaching is not only about passing knowledge, itsalso about giving the moral education. According to DI ZI GUI, Pahoa Integrated trilingualschool implemented benevolence, righteousness, trustworthy, filial piety, clean&honesty,loyalty, respect for elders, wisdom, manner and sense of shame as a foundation of moraleducation.During the internship, students’ studying motivation is very important. Studyingmotivation can obviously be seen through students’ attitude while in the classroom. Goodlearning attitude can bring the corresponding learning effects. The writer, while teachingpractice in Pahoa school found that through a good interactive relation between teachers andstudents or students and students, teachers’ attitude and classroom management can cultivatethe students’ learning motivation.Beside preface and conclusion, this thesis mainly discussed the following aspects:The1st chapter explain about the origin and current situation of Pahoa’s school. It alsoexplain how’s pahoa students’ chinese ability and their study attitude while studying in theclassroom.The2nd chapter explain the definition and classifications of the motives, learningattitude and learning effects, and explain the close relationship between learning motivation,learning attitude and learning effects.The3rd chapter firstly explain about the basic meaning of teaching. Secondly, describesabout the writer activities during the internship period. The writer build a good relationship with the students, creat a good study atmosphere, make a good class management, and alsomake a small test based on students’ ability, level and situation.During the internship period july2011to dec2011, the writer make a survey. Thepurpose of the survey is to know what kind of motivation that the student have during thechinese lesson, how the students’ evaluation towards their teacher, whether there is progress inchinese. Although there are some students who chinese progress isnt that much, but at least itstarted to let them have the motivation of learning it. |
