The first mass migration of the German’s peoples was actually a strike andchallenge of the nomadic tribes who were still in the heroic age, against the moreadvanced agricultural civilization. However, the so called “advanced” agriculturalcivilization was powerless to react against this strike and was at a loss in the face ofsuch challenge. As the Western Roman Empire that used to be powerful andprosperous in the past had already lost military strength and political cohesion duringthe strike of the Germanic peoples, it eventually didn’t manage to escape from its fateof falling.
