Prokofiev Sergey was a famous composer and pianist of the former USSR, whowas one of the musicians of the20th century’s most distinguished representative. Hisspiritual works, has a unique and innovative features, which demonstrates the uniqueharmony of thought, and that is why we continue to conduct in-depth studies andresearch on his works.<Instant fantasy>, is one of the important works of Prokofiev,which is the creation of the phantom set of piano pieces when he was young and is alsomy research object.Through extensive collection,collation, analysis and the works ofthe existing literature and audio information,combined with the play during mygraduate studies and practice, by linking theory with practice in research methods, Idid an in-depth study on this work. Combined with my actual playing experience andexperience, I attempt to analyze <instant fantasy> plunge from different perspectives,to understand the major art of the work’s features, and to clear and accurate grasp ofthe work process, then to enrich the teaching of modern piano playing tracks and fullcontent.This thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is mainly about thedevelopment of piano school of Russia and about the description of Prokofiev’s life.Through Prokofiev’s three main creation stage of Exposition, I identified the Russiannational music culture’s influence on Prokofiev’s work, and the creation style andfeature of his work.Chapter two is mainly about the creation process of the <instant fantasy>, which includes thebackground and characteristics. Classical, innovation, power, lyricism, irony and humor, andbizarre is the six main characteristics.Chapter three is an important part of this thesis, which is the analysis and interpretation of thework one part by one part, combined with the author’s school playing and work experience. Thefourth chapter is the summary of the art value of <instant fantasy>.
