The overall healthy growth of students is resulted from the combined action of the family, the school and the society. Only by structuring a trinity stereoscopic education network among the family, the school and the society and acquiring the supports and coordination of the educatees, namely the students, can a smooth family-school communication mechanism and favorable achievements of education and teaching be obtained. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out a study on enhancing the family-school communication. Based on the previous research results, the paper carries out analysis specific to the current family-school communication situation and the main existing problems and puts forwards a countermeasure for improving the effectiveness of the family-school communication by combining more than ten years of practices of the author with regard to the family-school communication and the results of investigations on four rural junior middle schools in Zhuzhou county.The paper includes four parts:the first part is introduction, which briefly introduces the background of the subject, the meaning of the research, literature review and research methods; the second part performs status survey from threes aspects including the family, the school and the students respectively and analyzes the problems existing in the family-school communication from two aspects including the family and the school by proceeding with the current status and problems of the family-school communication in the four rural junior middle schools in Zhuzhou county; the third part carries out cause analysis on the four aspects, including the society, the family, the school (the school and the teachers) and the students, respectively specific to the previous status and problems; and the fourth part puts forwards a research countermeasure for enhancing the effectiveness of the family-school communication from three levels, namely, the society, the school and the family, on the basis of the previous researches and analysis.
