Education is a top priority. Deepening education reform innovation in China. Motivation of talents capital is the important task of development in colleges and universities,the special pursuit of value require that the essential purpose of the incentive for university teachers is to stimulate teachers’inner motivations for pursuing academic achievements and improving teachers’ job satisfaction, and ultimately the objectives of the universities could be successfully realized.The paper takes university teachers as samples, and builds a model for implicit incentive and job satisfaction. The study of the influence between them will provide theoretical basis and management suggestions for university management. This study enriched the theories about the relationships between implicit incentive and teachers’ job satisfaction. From a practical standpoint, there is enlightenment significance for improving the teachers’ satisfaction with the methods of the implicit incentive.The paper uses statistical methods, such as factor analysis structural equation. It inspect the model with SPSS13.0and LISREL8.70, and gets conclusions as follows:(1) The sensing of the implicit incentive measures and job satisfaction are different, because natural factors of teachers are different.(3)The Aspects of implicit incentives and job satisfaction have significant correlations, and most are positive correlations. Reputation incentives and environmental incentives have strong impact with every aspect of job satisfaction, and then system incentives have weak impact.(4) System incentives have strong impact with intrinsic satisfaction and work meaning.(5) Environmental incentives have strong impact with intrinsic satisfaction、extrinsic satisfaction and work meaning.(6) Reputation incentives have strong impact with intrinsic satisfaction extrinsic satisfaction and work meaning.
