In recent decades, with the expanding field of language teaching, language teaching gradually toward the "student" as the center of gravity shift, language learning strategies as the language of the academic study of language acquisition is an important component. We found that the world of learning strategies on the Indo-European research more, and on the Chinese side of the learning strategies are relatively small. Today, in the world more and more people choose to learn Chinese, make the teaching of Chinese language scholars to look more to invest in foreign language teaching learning strategies. The late20th century,90so far, foreign language teaching learning strategies become effective. But compared to the spread of Chinese language promotion in the world scale, is still far. In this paper, the second language learning strategies at home and abroad were reviewed based on the loan oxford (1990) prepared by the Language Learning Strategy Inventory, supplemented by questionnaires and interviews in the form of an intermediate level learners of Chinese used in Germany Learning Strategies for the overall quantitative studies to explore the whole of Chinese learners of Chinese use of learning strategies, impact factors, motivation and learning strategies of Chinese. The author examines life in Germany to learn German during the intermediate level of contact with Chinese learners of65people, from the German statistical analysis and summarizes the common learning strategies of Chinese learners, and conducted a questionnaire study of test reliability, using statistical software SPSS13.0By descriptive statistics, mean, variance analysis, the author through the analysis, intermediate level of German learners learning strategy is used most cognitive strategies, cognitive strategies to use the least. Finally, we discussed the results of the study and the corresponding features for students learning German summary analysis of different learning strategies of Chinese learners use features of the proposal put forward some enlightening, and the research related to foreign language for teaching inspired.
