Over the years,the ageing of population is more serious day and day, so the financinggap of social insurance fund is getting bigger and bigger. How to promote the yield ofsocial insurance fund is an important question to us. With the sustainable growth ofartwork market at home and abroad, the artwork invests become a new growth engine ofinvestment. For the past few years, the artwork market, that is ever-increasing, becomesgradually an investment market which is as important as real estate market and securitiesbusiness. Its development potential is huge. Especially China’s artwork market, it hasreceived more attention of investor from mainstream artwork market, like US, Europe andso on. But our country’s artwork market is not mature in system construction, laws andregulations, mode of invest and so on. So it is very difficulty that social insurance fund toenter the artwork market.This article want to design a relatively intact investment mechanism and a supervisionsystem, which can guarantee that the artwork market develop sostenuto and healthily andsimultaneously supply the demand of social insurance fund, through to utilize theexperience of the oversea investor who invest the artwork and linking to our country reality.This article is based on the operation mode of the overseas artwork-investmentorganization and linking to China’s reality. It propose a social insurance fund invsetmentmode and asset portfolio that is to agree with the condition of our country.The main idea is to follow the principle, investment concepts, species selection, selectmanagers, investment strategies, discusses the relevant points of social security funds intothe art market, give some advice to circumvent the market risk, such as the quality risk,institutional and policy risk, price risk.
