In traditional Chinese national culture, embroider is always the mostintuitive traditional art in Chinese traditional culture.Emboridert is thecarrier of culture, and its occurrence and development of this nation’shistory. Every breed pattern has a long national history.Congjiang is located in the southern part of Dong’s living area, waterand land transportation are inconvenience, production level is very low,and barely communicate with the outside world. This geographicenvironment keeps Congjiang Dong’s embroidery very original. Throughon-the-spot inspection of the region culture in Congjiang town, southeastof Guizhou province, this thesis analyzes how geographical condition andcustoms in Congjiang influence the origin and development of Dongnationality embroidery, explores the current situation of Dong nationalityembroidery in Congjiang by consulting local relevant materials, andintroduces some concrete culture and craft of Dong nationalityembroidery, the feature and current situation of Dong nationalityembroidery, the feature and current situation of Dong nationalityembroidery craft in Congjiang by interviewing some craftsmen of Dongnationality embroidery,paying a visit to the local villagers, the head of the culture station. Many artistic photos of embroidery and rich folktraditional materials are collected in the research. It has importantsignificance for research and protect Congjiang Dong’s embroidery fromanalyze the Congjiang Dong’s embroidery patterns in modern aestheticangle.The study of esthetic analysis of Congjiang Dong’s embroiderypatterns can be divided into the following stages:First, elaborating the historical root and the cultural connotation ofthe development of Congjiang Dong’s embroiderySecond, summarizing the characteristics of fashionable elements ofCongjiang Dong’s embroidery patterns from several aspects (color,design, material and technique) through collecting relevant materials.Third, analyze the Congjiang Dong’s embroidery patterns fromsystematization, color, plastic arts and etc angles.This research not only enrichs the study of Dong’s embroidery, butalso has important meaning to protect Dong’s embroidery. In today’ssociety, the rapid development of economy is a predominant influence inCongjiang. Many young people are migrant’s workers plus the impact offoreign culture, these reasons make Dong’s embroidery situation isextremely tense. Our most urgent task is tap the essence of CongjiangDong’s embroidery and saves the decline of Dong’s embroidery. On theother hand, the study on retaining and carrying forward the essence of national embroidery and its application has application value and researchvalue.
