This study collected college students as experiment sample, and we applied psycology experiments to compare the differences among the powerful, the powerless and the power-irrelevant. According to the data analysis, the study reached the following conclusions:compared to the powerless and the power-irrelevant, the powerful devote more attention to their partners; there is not too much difference between the attention of the stereotype-consist and the stereotype-inconsist information devoted by the powerful; the powerful would care more about the negative information and the powerless care more about the positive information about partners..There is a intresting point that the powerless did not pay as much attention as we expected, which may be out of the special culture of China. Finally, we discussed the limitations of this study from sample selection, the desine of experiment and the method of research.
