From the perspective of construal level,to explore the influence of self-control and ego depletion after self-control on the self power of university,and to provide the guiding ideology for undergraduates to manage self-control resources and enhance self-power in future learning and working life.This paper contains two studies: Study 1 through the questionnaire to explore the relationship between self-control and sense of power,and analyze the level of interpretation of the intermediary effect.The results of the study 1 show that the self-control of college students and their dimensions(impulse control,health habits,focus on work,control of entertainment)were significantly varied across gender,grade,professional,and institutions;There is a significant difference in the level of college students' sense of power in grade,profession,institution and only child,but there is no significant difference in gender;Self-control had a significant positive predictive effect on the sense of power.Since the individual self-control will lead to the deleption of resources for yourself,that is,ego depletion.So based on the study 1,We experimentally start individual self-control,which further examines the mediating effect of the construal level in the relationship between ego depletion and individual power.The results of study 2 show that The construal level is fully mediated between individual self-control and sense of power.This study has certain theoretical and practical significance.In theory,the author further enriches the research of self-control,power sense and interpretation level,and provides a new perspective for explaining the relationship between self-control and power.In the practical sense,this study provides a guiding ideology for how to adjust self-cognition and effective management of self-control resources in future life learning work.. |
