In this essay, the author will review the repository, preservation and status of the Stele of "Huairen Ji Wang Xizhi Shu Sheng Jiao Xu" in history, and make a comparative study of its several early rubbings, by which that may proof the status of the stele in Song Dynasty (A.D.906-1279). Besides, the author will discuss whether common denominators exist on different early rubbings upon the authenticating opinions of some well-regarded experts of the age, and in turn, reconsider whether those expert opinions are reliable to guide the future research.The author will also introduce25Northern Song Dynasty (A.D.906-1127) rubbings of the Stele of "Huairen Ji Wang Xizhi Shu Sheng Jiao Xu", and particular introduce3of them which are now collected by the Palace Museum.
