| This paper focuses on the words in Chinese Treading Concept Field sticking tothe principle of combining synchronic and diachronic form-meaning description.Based on the corpus, the study on the Treading Concept Field dates back to theancient Chinese with the further exploration of its development rules while examiningthe distribution and historical change of its members.This paper is divided into three parts: Introduction, content and conclusionmaking up four chapters. Chapter One deals with a brief cause of selecting the topicand the current state of study before setting up the method and purpose of study whilepointing out the key and difficult points. The main body is in Chapter Two andChapter Three dating back to the ancient Chinese which has been divided into9historic periods. Besides, there is also a brief summary over distribution of all themembers in the Treading Concept Field Words. The last chapter is the conclusion partsummarizing the historic development of all the members in TCFW and the lexicalsystem. |
