Based On The Public Cultural Service System Of Rural Movie Research Project Construction

With the development of reform and opening up, peasants’cultural needs is changing along with the change of rural life space.How to use the power of the government and public welfare to stimulate peasants’demand on watching movies, have become the research emphasis on public service system of culture, cultural huimin engineering and rural fim projection.The paper is based on the new public management theory and the theory of cultural industry, analyses achievements and exsisting problems of rural movie projection by questionares and depth interview. It aims to put forward some feasible suggestions to improve rural movie projection so as to do a bit for the development of rural movie market in Shandong Province. Chapter One first introduces the public service system of culture and the development status of the rural movie projection from macro perspectives, and then made a subdivision to the rural moive projection platform fom a micro perspective, and also analyses the relationship between the publich service system of culture and rural movie projection in our country. The second chapter focuses on the national pilot villages and towns pattern, and lists some classic cases for example illustration.; Chapter III makes descriptive analysis on the survey of movie projection situation in parts of rural areas in Shandong Province. Chapter IV presents the current problems existed in the rural movie projection and the reasons by SWOT analysis of Shandong rural movie market.Part V is the demonstration of the previous chapters, and proposes some sustainble strategies to the rural movie projection in Shandong.
