To enrich the farmers' spiritual and cultural life,meet the basic cultural needs of viewing in the rural area,in 1998 The state began to carry out the project of rural film screening,the vast rural areas to achieve a administrative villages in the 21 st century showing a film of the target,a month later to upgrade rural film projects,and gradually become one of the key projects of five large rural culture construction,successfully solved the farmers the movies "hard" problem.However,with the economic development in rural areas and the improvement of farmers' spiritual and cultural needs,farmers' movie-watching needs also change from "seeing movies" to "watching movies".The author thinks that,rural film until today in development of public cultural service supply of rural film is a reasonably huimin engineering,can not only plays an entertainment in farmer education and the role of science and technology communication,value guidance,and in improving the system of public cultural services of the state,and can meet the needs of the people's growing economic and cultural and construction of a harmonious socialist society plays an important role.Therefore,for such a cultural project that benefits the people and consumes a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,it is our key concern to ensure that its implementation can be carried out effectively,to achieve the balance of input and output,and to effectively achieve the purpose of "benefiting the people" after the implementation.To this end,the author use questionnaire,individual interview,literature review,such as a variety of ways,supply and demand situation of zhejiang province rural film project present situation has carried on the on-the-spot investigation,and the area's present situation of supply and demand present situation has made the contrast,find the area in the process of rural film during project implementation,there is a low matching degree between supply and demand and the supply can not effectively meet the demand of the masses,and the main reasons were analyzed.Through the case analysis,it reflects that the overall project of film projection in China has not been really implemented.In the end,from the supply concept,supply subject,supply content,supply personnel and related systems to optimize the rural film projection,to achieve the effective matching of demand and supply put forward solutions,hoping to provide reference for the improvement of rural film projection in other places.
