We combined literature analysis, open questionnaire and interview, while compared with the items in scales used home and abroad. And we used the353valid questionnaires for exploratory factor analysis. Finally it made3factors:loneliness of family relationships, loneliness of peer relationships, feeling of social isolation. The final questionnaire includes16items. Participants were897middle school students from Chongqing and Gansu province. We analyzed801valid data in the way of confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed:The correlation coefficient of dimensions and the whole scale ranged from0.6to0.85; In the index of construct validity indicated that the new scale’s structural equation model fitted well; high correlation with existing loneliness scale demonstrated that construct validity of the new scale is evident.
