“Precious raft for peace Era”is aulic full-scale drama which completely performsthe story of Tang seng’s Journey to the West，leading Sun Wukong，Zhu Bajie and ShaMonk ect. It assembles the characteristics of the story of Tang seng’s“Journey to theWest”，not only before this drama，but also previous to intellectual’s notes and novels.Meanwhile，it produces considerable effect on the adaptation and performance of thelater drama of “journey to the West” and other aulic dramas. Mr. Fu Xihua and otheropera historians comment highly on it.This paper studies “Precious raft for peace Era” from composing thoughts，characters，art characteristics and influence four points of view in order to make thestudy full-scale，embedded and systematic.This essay consists of introduction，the main text and conclusion three parts.The first part is introduction. In this chapter it mainly talks about two respects，including discuss the value and significance and literature review of research resultsfrom “Precious raft for peace Era”.The main text of this essay separates into five parts.The first part discusses Zhang zhao， a Palace dramatist.
