The phenomenon, with thoughts repeatedly and contention of a hundred schools of thought, is one of the western literary and art circles characteristics in the19th Century. Moreover, aestheticism is the most brightly spoondrift in ideological trend and is well known in the hundred schools of thought. The prosperity of aestheticism began in the middle and late nineteenth Century, especially outstandingly in Britain and France. As the modern trend of thought in literature and art, aestheticism held high the banner of "art for art’s sake" and emphasized on individualism. It resisted social norms and moral with the style of writing which shocked the world and extremely distorted internal psychological. Furthermore, when it proposalled personality and sexual liberation, the aestheticism also began to explore the internal rules of literature.With the system of aestheticism becoming increasingly perfect, in the20th century aestheticism theory and literary works had been translated to China and South Korea. In China and South Korea, a series of aestheticism literary works and concerned appear. In the early1910s-1930s, Aestheticism undergoes a long process of development upsurge and declining. Aestheticism is outside the main body of the two countries literature, but it is an important part of the new-vernacular literature between the two countries. It was influential in changing of the literary between the two countries.This article has chosen Jin Dongren and Tenggu’s works for comparison. As the representative writers of aestheticism creation in modern literary world, Jin and They have similar life experiences. Both studying in Japan in the1920s, they contacted the aestheticism ideological trend, and were deeply influenced by Japanese aestheticism tendency writers such as Junichira Tanizaki、Akutagawa Ryunosuke、Satou Harou and so on. They had created a series of aestheticism and many similarities on comprehension of aestheticism, the description of the hero in works and subject consciousness. However, aestheticism was so complicated that the two writers had different understanding on this art genre and created different aestheticism works.The thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the preface of the thesis. The second part presents the understanding of Aestheticism for Jin Dongren and Tenggu. The third part compares the image of the hero and the artistic structure of the works. The fourth part is the conclusion of the thesis. In this part I point out the limitations of the two writers in Aesthetic writing. Through the paper I hope to reappraise the essence of Aestheticism and to give some enlightenment for evaluating and understanding of Aestheticism.
