Nearly half a century, research on creativity has been popular in the field ofpsychological research. Creativity as one of the main source of power to promote socialprogress and development, the result is a unique value in use of the product. Earlycreativity research has focused on creativity as a trait, the main purpose is to reveal thecreative differences between individuals and causes. Recent studies tend to creativity as amanifestation of scholars dedicated to exploring the various factors affecting theperformance of creativity can be divided into three main categories: personalitycharacteristics, task characteristics and situational factors sum up. More for theclassification of the factors in the previous literature, but for how three factors affectcreativity is not an accurate explanation for the study of the interaction between the factors.Expectations of the assessment is the individual expectations of the outside world toevaluate their own performance. Expectations and assessment company, school, and life inthe impact of the creativity of individuals, especially the whole education system is basedon the evaluation system, too much emphasis on grades often become an important factorhindering creativity. From the point of view of influencing factors classification, it isdesirable to assess belong to situational factors, Amabile that environmental factors willcreate synergies, further affecting the intrinsic motivation and individual creativity.Therefore, this article will focus on the expectations of the assessment of this importantinfluencing factors, the characteristics of integrated mission task difficulty and task typetwo factors, the personality of Neuroticism and creative role identity of these two factors tostudy the mode of creativity.This study is divided into a total of three experiments to investigate the independentvariable for creative ideas generating ability and creative problem-solving ability of theimpact of these two dimensions, will be analyzed on two levels this the two abilitiesfluency and originality creativity differences. Study a selected45undergraduate students ofSuzhou University, to design the desired assessment (yes/no) for the hybrid designcreativity. Study selected Suzhou University,102college students participated in the study,the experiment based on the variable of task difficulty, explore the expectations of the assessment (yes/no) and task difficulty (high/low) for both creativity dimension onimpact. The study selected a total of106three the Suzhou University students, thepersonality trait neuroticism levels and expectations of assessment for the creative roleidentity and creativity output. The study found:1. Expectations negatively related to performance evaluation and creativity. Specificperformance, expect assess conditions, the the individual creative idea generation abilityand creative problem-solving capacity far below expectations assessment under theconditions of individual.2. Expectations of assessment and task difficulty for creative performancesignificantly. Unconventional use of tests that examine the creative idea generationcapacity and individuals, the expected assessment and task difficulty interaction significant,specific for the When expect assess, create exhibit complex and difficult task of individualsthan the simple task individual even less. When the individual tasks that examine thecreative problem-solving ability to complete the program to develop, expect no interactionassessment and task difficulty.3.
