Nearly half a century, research on creativity has been popular in the field ofpsychological research. Creativity as one of the main source of power to promote socialprogress and development, the result is a unique value in use of the product. Earlycreativity research has focused on creativity as a trait, the main purpose is to reveal thecreative differences between individuals and causes. Recent studies tend to creativity as amanifestation of scholars dedicated to exploring the various factors affecting theperformance of creativity can be divided into three main categories: personalitycharacteristics, task characteristics and situational factors sum up. More for theclassification of the factors in the previous literature, but for how three factors affectcreativity is not an accurate explanation for the study of the interaction between the factors.Expectations of the assessment is the individual expectations of the outside world toevaluate their own performance.
