The occurrence and development of Chinese children’s literature has always been accompanied by the translation of foreign children’s literature. The outstanding translations of children’s literature not only poetic spiritual food for our children’s growth, but also the inspiration of the original children’s literature, and it can provide a beautiful opportunity for adult readers to encounter his childhood. Since the late Qing dynasty, foreign children’s literature have been introduced to the vast number of Chinese readers. In the period when the original children’s literature is relatively weak, excellent translation of foreign children’s literature provide rich nourishment for the occurrence and development of Chinese children’s literature. Translations of foreign children’s literature have a significant impact on the development of children’s literature in China. However, in a fairly long period of time, the Translation of foreign children’s literature is more biased to individual writers and their works, do not consciously published the translation of foreign outstanding works stematically.Global Children’s Literature Collection Book Series(referred to as "Collection Series"), is well launched by the Hunan Children’s Publishing House, publishing100the world’s most beautiful children’s books to build a spiritual site for children. The first Series25has been launched winning the full of cheer. A new pattern is different from other foreign children’s literature translation of Books, the new style, often for new book series to maintain the enduring vitality. Collection Series is primarily concerned with the international Hans Christian Andersen Award, the Newbery Award, the Carnegie Award and other international children’s literature award-winning works. The International Award is an important evaluation scale, is a cross-cultural international recognition to define the quality of the work. The second is both times, vanguard, readable "modern classic"; The third is the enduring source of traditional classic. The " Collection Series " in different languages such as English, Japanese, Russian, French, German translation provide the deep reading experience to the domestic children.This thesis attempt to through the reading, thinking, analysis, integration of the "Collection Series"——the100world-class children’s literature, sort out the genre, content, theme of the works. From the collection book series published in the current situation, analyzes the text in the spirit of children’s literature, discusses the literary value and practical significance of the "collection series". I hope that the exposition of the importance of the reading world-class children’s literature can be used to improve the domestic utilitarianism children education values to some extent.
