Applied Ethics To Explore The Perspective Of Ethics Of The Body

Body is the premise of existence of life, and is the carrier of perceiving the world, while such an important body is fragile. With the development of modern biological science and technology, such as organ transplantation, cosmetic surgery, assisted reproductive technology, human cloning, sex reassignment surgery, human-computer chimeras appears, people’s ability to change and shape body becomes stronger and stronger. Contemporary consumerist culture makes the body of the people can’t help to falling into the consumer culture atmosphere, the human body in this process is not free. It is based on the understanding of the above problems, try to focus on the body ethics which involves the basic problems.In content, this paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter is "why the ethics of the body is necessary". On the one hand, the article combes the theory of Chinese and western, points out its unreasonable place, than this is theoretical necessity. On the other hand, the paper analyzes the challenges faced by bodies in modern and contemporary society, biological science and technology development brought about by the main body uncertainty and consumerism culture deprived of freedom of the body, so the body needs ethical form of care, this is realistic necessity.The second chapter is "how the ethics of the body is possible".First of all, this paper analyzes the relationship between body and body mind and life, has been cleared about the body is what kind of body. Secondly, by summarizing characteristics of the body, which has the plasticity openness and vulnerability, more ever the vulnerability is the basic feature of the body. In totally,the existence of the ethics of the body is necessary and realistic. If the ethics of the body exists, then what it is. The article attempts to reveal the body ethics and applied ethics and bioethics.The third chapter is "How to achieve the ethics of the body". The ethics of the body is to realize the integrity of the body, namely moral goodness and the perfect combination of physical laws.In order to achieve this target value should take human rights as a benchmark, establish body rights in legal level.
