| The research of geological disasters in the Qing Dynasty falls within the domain of historical geography research, and it is also an important aspect of historical disaster geography. China is one of the countries that suffer the severest geological disasters in the world, almost all of them in China are developing. They are widely distributed in various regions, not only causing serious damages to people’s life and property safety, but also destructing industry, agriculture and other industries, thus hindering the Social and Economic development.Jialing river is the Yangtze river, the second largest tributary, it complex geological structure, terrain, geological disasters and frequent meteorological disasters. In recent years, along with quickened pace of the Grand Development of the West China, the development of land and resources is intensified. As a result, Human damage to ecological environment, the irrational use of resources, Jialing river basin’s geologic disasters have become more frequent, and on larger scale, imposing serious influence on people’s production and life. In recent years, disasters have attnacted more and more attention of scholars. Jialing river basin’s geologic hazard, however, is still a weak link of historical disaster geographical research, and has great potentials for further research. This article, as part of the "history of jialing river basin geographical comprehensive study", through the study of the geological disaster in jialing river basin in qing dynasty, aims at a comprehensive understanding of space and time distribution of geological disasters, as well as better guide the management of geological disasters, in order to better serve the socialist modernization construction. This paper consists of the following four parts:The first part serves as an intorduction, systematically reviews of the present research of geological disasters in jialing river basin in qing dynasty and elaborateds the reason and the significance of the theme selection of this paper, analyzes the difficult point in the study, points out the deficiency in the research, and defines the relevant concepts.The second partiscusses the Jialing River basin in terms of the geological disaster data sources and processing in the Qing Dynasty,defines the concepts of earthquakes, collapse, landslide, debris flow and other geological disasters related to this paper, formulates the standard of geological disasters in qing dynasty hierarchy, Last and establishes the profile of the geological disasters in Qing Dynasty in order of time providing basis for the parameterization of the geological disasters in the historical data.In the third part, from the time dimension and space dimension time regulation of jialing River Basin, characteristics and evolving law of spatial distribution of the geological disasters in Qing Dynasty are discussed, by1654, tianshui earthquake and trigger a collapse, landslide and daebris flow in1879wudu are earthquake, wenxian county, gansu province, south gully slope, gansu zhouqu discharge four typical cases are analyzed.And in the fourth part, from two aspects of natural and social reasons in Qing Dynasty, analyzes space-time distribution rule of geological disasters in Jialing River Basin, regarding direct influence and indirect influence of geological disasters. |
