In the first part of the article, the author will take research report about farmers cooperatives in Shenqiu County of Henan Province as the starting point of this study, which will lead to regulation of the need for farmers cooperatives, and then the thing further discussed below is to address the reality of this study and to understand the urgency and necessity of the article, which will provide the necessary theoretical premise.To make set of concepts clear and to grasp the essence of an article is the logical starting pointf of an article, which constitutes the second part of the main contents of the article. The content starts this discussion with the concept of farmers cooperatives and the value of the law system of farmers cooperatives, which discusses later achieve docking. Market regulation is the upper control concept of farmers cooperatives system. For supervision of farmers cooperatives is the latest area of research, study abroad rarely involved it.
