This paper focus on the power supply and the design of the information analysis system. In order to solve the problem of the power supply in areas without electricity and the problem of the system damage power because of potential instability induced by power grid, this paper adopts the solar photovoltaic power supply system. Based on reasonable estimation capacity, solar cell assembly installation parameters were optimized using PVSYST software; the capacity of battery and solar cell module size was calculated; reserves evaluation and stability, reliability test have been done to prove the rationality of the design. In order to design the ground water level monitoring information analysis system, firstly the data preprocessing should be done. Based on the problems existing in current methods of groundwater monitoring used in common monitoring wells, a redundancy elimination algorithm for groundwater monitoring is proposed. The algorithm combines the advantages of the effective bandwidth method, arithmetic average, time series analysis and weight distribution. First, the effective bandwidth method and arithmetic average method are applied to get the effective water levels and reference levels for calculations; the time-series analysis theory is applied to establish a prediction model of data in a small period, and on this basis, the forecast model is modified; approximate water levels are received using the weight distribution method. The analysis shows that the algorithm effectively eliminates the redundant data, increases the reliability of observational data.Based on above algorithm, the groundwater level monitoring information analysis system is completed. In this system, the groundwater level changing in the same period, the groundwater runoff situation estimation, the groundwater over-extraction analysis, the seasonal changing analysis, the ground water level amplitude changing analysis and mean water level variation velocity analysis, the temperature influence analysis, regional average water level analysis were done numerically and visually. It makes the rule of groundwater dynamic change obviously, and provides theoretical support and reference.
