Distribution of agricultural products is a major part of the logistics of agricultural products and is a necessary means for connecting the distribution center of agricultural products and customers. At present, the overall level of Chinese agricultural logistics in the initial stage, the distribution of low efficiency and high cost has seriously hampered the development of Chinese agricultural products logistics. Therefore, to study agricultural logistics and distribution more deeply, and to use information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness of agricultural products logistics is an important way to promote the development of agricultural product logistics. Based on this, by analyzing the status of the logistics of agricultural products study, combined with the actual needs of the agricultural product logistics and distribution process, this paper designed and implemented the GIS-based agricultural products logistics and distribution system. The system inherits the characteristics of GIS visualization, visually display the distribution of information on the map. The main findings are as follows:(1) Established the twin goals of distribution optimization model based on cost and satisfaction. Got the basic satisfaction mapping fuzzy time window by analyzing the relationship between delivery time and satisfaction and optimize capacity limit and the multi-model case in the fuzzy time window with cost optimization model; once again use the satisfaction optimization model to further optimize the distribution results.(2) By researching the basic principles of particle swarm optimization, process elements, improve methods, put forward a new concept which adjust the inertia factor by variance and the number of iterations to improve the classical particle swarm optimization; designed the particles encoding, adaptive value function and implementation solution by optimize the particle swarm optimization that suit for agricultural products logistics and distribution optimization model. And prove the advantage of optimized particle swarm on agricultural products logistics and distribution problems by simulation experiment.(3) Through the analysis of the GIS function module and the logistics distribution model, this paper analyze the integration of GIS technology and logistics distribution model from the aspect of data integration and function integration, designed the integration solution of GIS module and logistics distribution model, and build the road topology diagram for the system.(4) Based on the detail analysis of agricultural logistics and distribution needs and the findings above, designed the overall structure, functions and database of the GIS-based agricultural products logistics and distribution systems, and designed the GIS-based agricultural products logistics and distribution system combining ArcGIS Engine and MATLAB with COM technology.
