China is a large agricultural nation, agriculture has a pivotal position. Along with the three agricultural problems proposing, agriculture and related issues by the people concerned. China agriculture development lags behind, the farmer is added receive difficulty, the problems in increasing farmers' income, agricultural logistics development lag is one of the important reasons, it makes the circulation of agricultural products, low efficiency and high cost and high loss, so vigorously develop the logistics industry of agricultural products, can reduce agricultural products loss in logistics process, improve sales status, realizing the smooth flow of agricultural products, reduce agricultural costs and circulation costs and agricultural products in the process of logistics value-added, in order to promote the agricultural production and peasants' income. This paper respectively on agricultural logistics optimal management problems and seasonal produce sale optimizing management problem is studied.Through analyzing the characteristics of agricultural products and agricultural logistics, mainly in agricultural logistics management optimization circulation time, reduce logistics loss, prolong agricultural metamorphic time, strengthening agricultural metamorphic agricultural logistics operation reliability and increasing the farmers' income is investigated. By introducing fresh-keeping storage, established the agricultural optimize logistics management under the farmer income maximization of mathematical model, and finish solving algorithm design and simulation application.Second, the thesis aims to seasonal produce, and refine seasonal produce sale periods, divided into period, growth, mature period, decline phase, by analyzing the various stages sales and price change characteristics, mainly concentrated in the agricultural logistics management optimize sales period, boost consumer spending and improve sales status, reduced due to produce backlog generated storage fee, and makes a recession, resist the time is shortened agricultural logistics risk aspects conducts the research. Combined with fresh storage and price mechanism, established the seasonal produce sale management model, this model optimized by genetic algorithm, get the optimal solution, by the simulation examples, proves this method are feasible and effective.
