Yan wumao oil field is a typical extra-low permeable oil field and in early development stage, Chang6reservoir is regarded as the main oil bearing series in Late Triassic. At present, in order to reduce the cost of the exploration and development, find out the rule of the oil and gas distribution, and provide the credibility geology basis for the further exploration and development, it is necessary to research the reservoir characteristics and predict the favorable areas.This paper mainly studies on the reservoir characteristics and favorable areas prediction, and we finally obtain the following results and understanding.1. Using the combination method of the principle of marker beds, standard layer and isochronisms with sedimentary circle, we make substrata division and correlation of80wells, and establish fine strata framework. It’s believed that the sedimentary thickness is stable, and the fluctuation of strata is little in Chang6area.2. According to the study of lithological characteristics, sedimentary structure and paleontological fossils characteristics, combining with rock-electricity relation and rock response characteristics, it’s believed that Chang6reservoir is a terrigenous clastic sedimentary system with the mainly sedimentary facies of delta front, which formed in warm and humid climatic condition, and the reservoir sand is delta front facies belt. The source direction is NE-trending. Reservoir rock type is gray-dust color feldspathic sandstone; Diagenesis types are mainly compaction, pressure solution and cementation; The type of the reservoir are almost solution pore, mainly including zeolite solution pore and feldspar solution pore, secondly for the intergranular pores, and the pore combination is mainly solution pore-intergranular pore; The average porosity of reservoir is10.95%and permeability is2.38×10-3μm2.3. Establish "four properties" according to reservoir logging evaluation ideas of the geological constraints, and re-recognize the porosity, permeability and oil saturation in study area, and the changes in the physical parameters are influenced by dual effects of the facies’ distribution range and structure; Good reservoir facies are often with good physical parameters.4. Oiliness of reservoir is mainly affected by the sand body distribution and physical properties, with serious reservoir heterogeneity. The type of reservoir drive is typical elastic-solution gas drive. It can obtain the industrial oil flow only after artificial fracturing.5、Combining the tectonic, sedimentary, sandstone distribution and other materials, We suggest deploying wells in the composite area of structural uplift area and distributary channel, large sandstone thickness and oil layer thickness,...
