| Water system is classified as civil purified water system and pharma purified water system. Because the pharma purified water system is important in our life. The Pharmacopoeia is more and more strict. In another way, with the fast development in modern industry, water has been polluted. The normal pharma purified water system must be updated so that it can meet the requirement of modern pharmaceutical industry. The thesis is about the study in the pretreatment, RO and EDI in the normal pharma purified water system. So that the pharma purified water system can product good quality purified water to meet the various Pharmacopoeia’s requirements with the original raw water. And it can reduce the power and proportion of waste water. The detail is as following:Chapter 1 introduced the background and significance of the thesis. Briefly introduced the purified water system and history about it, including the classification of purified water system, the difference between them and the different test items. It concludes the requirements in Pharmacopoeia about the pharma purified water system and difference test items to highlight the necessity to update it. At the same time, it briefly introduced the three parts of updating the normal pharma purified water system.In Chapter 2, introduce the test items detailedly. It includes introducing the main raw materials, the main raw materials’ physical and chemistry character and test methods in the following Chapters.In Chapter 3, substitute NaHSO3 system for active carbon filter to deal with the free chlorine in order to reduce the remaining chlorine into the RO system. To preparing the different concentration of NaHSO3 solution corresponding with different concentration about free chlorine in the raw water. It also study the effect about different concentration of NaHSO3 on the remaining chlorine in different seasons---spring, summer, autumn and winter and whether start the blender in the NaHSO3 tank. So that make a conclusion about prepare the optimal concentration of NaHSO3 solution every month. Through the comparison about the remaining chlorine content after the different two kinds of treatments, we can understand the necessary about instead the active carbon filter of NaHSO3 system.In Chapter 4, introduce the problems to use domestic Reverse Osmosis Membrane in normal Pharma purified water system. According to the different requirements about Pharma purified water in different Pharmacopoeias, contrast the quality about finished water producted by American Dow RO membrane, Japan Toray RO membrane and domestic RO membrane. Choose the optimal Reverse Osmosis Membrane suppliers considering the reducing the cost and investment, enhancing the raw water utilize proportion.In Chapter 5, generally introduce the principle about EDI, the difference about EDI in the normal and updated pharma purified water system and to highlight the necessary about concentrated water cycle in EDI system. Through the test about purified water in Pharmacopoeia to analyze the quality about the produced water under different concentrated water/raw water, give confirmed proportion about concentrated water. It can count the water utilization rate(from 50% to 79.3%) to highlight the advantage about EDI concentrated water cycle in the updating pharma purified water system.In Chapter 6, finalize the project’s process in three parts:confirmed the NaHSO3 concentration, choose the suppliers about RO membrane and research about EDI concentrated water cycle. Finish updating the pharma purified water system to meet with the requirements in modern Pharmacopoeia and save the resource to confirm with the sustainable development policy.Through research and updating the normal pharma purified water system, we work out the updating pharma purified water system suitable for the development of modern pharmaceutical industry. The quality about purified water has new breakthrough to meet the Pharmacopoeia requirements. It also has adapt to the new policy about sustainable development and made the important milestone in the development of pharma purified water system. |
