With the increasingly serious water pollution,people pay more and more attention to the safety of drinking water.Household reverse osmosis water purifier has gradually become popular.However,the current market is full of water purifiers,some can not remove pollutants in the water,and the water yield(recovery)is mostly 25%,that means when you make a cup of pure water,you need to drain three cups of concentrated water,such a water purifier waste water.In this paper,by studying the causes and types of common pollutants in tap water,selecting the corresponding water treatment filter materials and methods for different harmful substances in water bodies,A new type of household purification system was designed to filter out harmful substances so that the water quality of the effluent from the water purifier can reach the standard of safe drinking water.In this paper,the concentrated water back-flow technology is used to solve the problem that the flow rate of pure water is too fast after the return of concentrated water.this paper proposes an internal flushing technology that flushes the water of the reverse osmosis membrane to the pump before reuse,instead of wasting it out.When the reverse osmosis membrane is flushed,the flushing time is also increased to avoid The reverse osmosis membrane undergoes concentration polarization phenomenon to prevent fine particles and colloids from being concentrated on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane,thereby solving the problem of rapid fouling of the reverse osmosis membrane.In addition,the anti-fouling and blocking reverse osmosis membrane was designed and developed,which increased the reverse osmosis membrane area by 25%,and further increased the service life.With concentrated water back-flow technology,the recovery rate of the new water-saving system can reach more than 50%,which truly achieves the purpose of water saving.This paper designs and develops a water-saving water purification system for effluent quality safety,which meets the requirements of people's drinking water safety and reduces the waste of water resources.It has great market application value.
