In this paper, we use the different of isocyanate polyurethane pre-polymer and isocyanate to modify unsaturated polyester resins, we get a various types of composite materials, And study the process of the kind of material dynamics and the relationship of structure and properties.With different isocyanate polyurethane prepolymers modified unsaturated polyester resin, determine the spline Elongation and tensile strength. The results show that the MDI polyurethane prepolymers of the material is the most obvious in the toughening effect, the higher the content, the greater the elongation at break,when the PU material was40%in quality the tensile extension rate increased about20times,In the tensile strength,tensile strength decreases after the first larger, when the PU material was10%the Tensile strength of the material is the largest.TDI is used to modify the different molecular weight unsaturated polyester. The results show that unsaturated polyester molecular weight is smaller, the better the performance of the material, when unsaturated polyester molecular weight is650, the tensile strength of material is86.7.Mpa; With a different proportion of the TDI modify unsaturated polyester materials, when-NCO:-OH=1:1,the stretching rate of material is best to reach6.85%; When-NCO:-OH=1:1.2,material tensile strength is the best, the tensile strength of materials is81.96MPa. TDI have the more obvious impact on unsaturated polyester stretch, The tensile strength of materials HMDI is greater.Infrared spectroscopy to study the kinetics of the process, analyse the diagram to get the reaction kinetics of the process curve.the results show that MDI modified unsaturated polyester need milder conditions than TDI, the reaction rate is faster.
