This paper has mainly researched the transmission effect with a modified device, that was "based on the flats-delivered device of friction spinning". The paralleled agglomeration effect of the fibers has been investigated both theoretically and experimentally. The flats-delivered device of friction spinning has been modified in order to improve parallel degree of fibers when the fibers delivered the condensation system, thereby improving the parallel degree of fibers in span yarns, thereby improving the strength of the spun yarns.The flow field distribution of the tapered pipe and open-space flats are simulated by the CFD software, thereby verifying the design theories "curve transmission" and "paralleled agglomeration". The three-dimensional models of the tapered pipe and open-space flats are developed to simulate the flow filed in the modified device, and obtained the distribution of the rotated airflow in the modified device. By analyzing the axial velocity, tangential velocity, radial velocity and static pressure distribution, that providing a theoretical basis for the parallel distribution of fibers when they arrived the condensation system.After the analysis with the distribution of the flow filed of the modified device, the paralleled agglomeration effect of the fibers is investigated experimentally. The significant effects to the parallel effect of the modified device have been investigated by simulated experiments. The fiber length is the most significant effect, and the device air pressure is the second significant effect of the modified device. Under previous experimental study, the transmission effect of several different kinds of fibers is investigated by simulated experiments. As a result, the best fitness spinning fiber length has been found out. This study provided theoretical support to promote the use of the flats-delivered device of frictional sinning.
