This article studied UV/NaClO2system to generate ClO2, And investigated that thefactors of pH, UV light intensity, reaction time, and chlorite to affect the ClO2formationresults. Under the conditions of the chlorite solution of200mg·L-1,0.6mW·cm-2intensity,15min reaction can be completely.UV/NaClO2production of ClO2by the pHvalue has little effect, breaking the traditional acidification ClO2in strong acidicconditions, restrictions, and broaden the pH of ClO2generated. It has great significancefor the promotion and application of ClO2process. Process procedures and (equipment)device reactants NaClO2solution and the reaction can be ceased at any time by stoppingthe UV irradiation.we have adopted in the liquid phase UV/NaClO2continuous generate ClO2, whiletreatment of dye wastewater, rather than the traditional one-time dosing highconcentrations of ClO2as easy disproportionation reaction ClO2generation process, thisprocess eliminates the need to reduce the cost of water treatment, UV decolorization ofdye wastewater has a strong reaction of·OH to grow into increased pollutants removalcapacity.This article selected reactive red KE-3B, reactive blue KN-R,reactive yellow X-RGthree reactive dyes as decolorization objects in the UV and UV/NaClO2system.UV treatment the effect of three kinds of dyes, respectively, to examine the systemof different pH, UV intensity,and reaction time on the decolorization effect.Weaklyalkaline at pH8, light intensity0.6mW·cm-2, reaction time60min for the processing ofthe simple structure of the reactive yellow X-RG decolorization rate can reach about63%.However, the simple structure, solubility relative activity of yellow less reactiveblue KN-R decolorization only about25%, indicating that the solubility of UVtreatment of dye impact is huge, and for the complex structure of reactive red KE-3Bcan only reach14percent. In the inspection UV/NaClO2system to deal with three kindsof dyes,The decolorization rate of UV/NaClO2system is higher than the UVdecolorization rate in the NaClO2dosage of200mg·L-1, light intensity for0.6mW·cm-2, reaction time was30min, reactive yellow X-RG decolorization rate could be achieved92%, reactive blue KN-R decolorization could be achieved above85%for the complexstructure of reactive red of KE-3B decolorization rate can reach more than50%.UV/NaClO2system dye under alkaline conditions better under acidic conditions,least effective under neutral condition. pH range widely,to solve the ClO2difficult todeal with the problem of alkaline wastewater.This paper studied the reaction kinetics of UV/NaClO2system to deal with threekinds of dyes: the reaction of the dye wastewater of UV/NaClO2system is series offirst-order kinetics.Size and decolorization rate of the different conditions of the kineticconstants of K consistent with the order of the specific kinetic constants for thepH10>pH4≥pH8>pH6.For the complex structure of pairs of the azo dye the decolorization effect ofreactive red of KE-3B is not satisfactory, in order to shorten the reaction time, the papersynthesized with Meso-5,10,15,20-Four(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) manganese porphyrincatalyzed NaClO2generation of ClO2, and studied the optimum synthesis conditions ofmanganese porphyrin catalyst.UV/NaClO2/Mn(TTOMPP) system decolorizationexperimental results to the KE-3B, for example,60min when the pH4,pH6and pH8the decolorization rate increased from70%to82.3%,59.6%to75%and71%to74.5%.decolorization rate did not increase at pH10.
