Preparation Of Slow-releasing Chlorine Dioxide Preservative Paper

Chlorine dioxide is a new kind of preservatives,which has the characters of antiseptic and safety.Wood residue is a new kind of resource.It's an important method of solving the current resource scarcity by making full use of it.This research paper is trying to using wood residue to made CTMP,preservative A paper can be added the NaClO2 and preservative B paper can be added tartaric acid by using the physical method of coating and spraying.It set up the norms that the residual rate of NaClO2 and ClO2 release rules of the preservative paper which contains the sums of ClO2,the maximum rate of releasing ClO2,the time of the maximum of ClO2.Besides it use the analysis method of regression.At last the research find preservative paper's best preparation technology,preservative paper's making process parameters,preservative liquid's ingredients and preservative paper's physical parameters.The results are as follows.(1)preservative paper's preparation technology.First,the design of preservative paper's structure,which contains paper's design and the ascertain of the design.Second,the processing of stuff,which contain the procedure that picking chip,cooking chip,pulp's cooking.Third,paper's making,which contains manufacture paper with pulp and drying the paper.Last,preservative liquid's making and preservative paper's drying,which contains the preservative's making,preservative's coating and preservative paper's drying.(2)Choosing the conditions of drying temperature,storage humidity,PVA and the content of acid in B paper.The conclusion is that there is no PVA,drying temperature is 65? storage humidity is 5%,it will have the best residuals of NaClO2.The content of the acid is 3g in the B paper.(3)The ascertain of preservation liquid.The best formula is that NaClO2 concentration:oxidation starch adhesive:NaOH:acid concentration=15%:0.7g:0.2g:15%.The order of effect to the residuals in the A paper is that NaOH>the content of oxidized starch>concentration of NaClO2.(4)The parameter of the preservative paper.The conclusion is that the rules of ClO2 is the best when A paper lignin content is 23.1%,A paper preloading is OMPa,A paper pulp beating is 30°SR,B paper lignin content is 19.7%,B paper preloading is 0.6MPa,B paper pulp beating is 15°SR,B paper-based quantitative is 125 g/m2.(5)the preservative effect of preservative paper.Doing preservative effect by using the preservative paper.the results shows that preservative paper have better fresh-keeping effects.
