This paper adopt simulation biological fermentation technology,isolation andpurification indigenous microorganisms from soil with long-stacked piled chickenmanure,and select the strains have high efficient deodorization effect,discuss thethickness and moisture content of litter, study the influence of composite microbes andtheir ratio on the effects of fermentation bed processing chicken manure,to find out thebiological treatment method to quickly remove chicken stink.Through the isolation and identification experiment of indigenous microorganisms,10strains were isolated in this study,including3strains of yeast,3strains ofactinomyces,2strains of aspergillus niger,2strains of photosynthesis bacteria; throughcolony characteristics observation and microscopic examination,the result shows thatthe strains we selected are the strains which we expected.Then, theses microorganisms were used in simulation fermentation bed todeodorize chicken manure,the results indicated that, the single strain of yeast1~#,actinomyces1~#, aspergillus niger1~#,photosynthesis bacteria2#shows good deodorantability. In the seventh day, the stink level down to0level of yeast1~#,actinomyces1~#andphotosynthesis bacteria2#,ammonia concentration is0.251mg/m~3,0.136mg/m~3,0.077mg/m~3respectively, reduced by90.2%、94.7%、97%than CK1,and reduced by94.8%、97.2%、98.4%than CK2,aspergillus niger1~#down to0level in the eighthday,the ammonia concentration is0.362mg/m~3,reduced by85.9%than CK1,reduced by92.5%thanCK2. In two control groups,the deodorization effect of CK1which added thesoil is better than CK2.Through the discussion of litter’s thickness and moisture content,we found that when the thickness is30cm,the moisture content is60%,the deodorizationeffect is the best,then study the composite microbes and their ratio,the result shows thatthe effect of each composite microbes is better than each single strains,the deodorizationeffect of the combination of four strains is the best,the stink level down to0level in thesixth day, the degradation rate of ammonia is97.2%,the best ratio of the compositemicrobes is yeast1~#:actinomyces1~#: aspergillus niger1~#:photosynthesis bacteria2#is1:1:1:1.After the field test,we found that using microorganism fermentation bed that candegrade the smell in the chicken house,in the whole process of breeding, there is nomanure, no mosquito, no maggots and flies,fermentation temperature keep in25to30℃,mat moisture content maintain in50to60%,when the breeding density is3/m2,the average ammonia concentration is0.263mg/m~3; when the breeding density add to6/m2,the average ammonia concentration is0.384mg/m~3,that is much lower than theallowable ammonia concentration15mg/m~3in the chicken house.
