Microwave heating is high frequency microwave so that the material to produce a polarization, material will be heated because of friction when polarization change speed less then material microwave direction change,it is a kind of fast heating speed, high efficiency, uniform heating, easy to control the heating mode, and applicable to many material synthesis. But temperature inside the microwave oven and the dielectric properties of material inside microwave oven is related to the research material To study,microwave heating must know the material in microwave temperature and dielectric constant.We found a difference in the traditional measuring material permittivity method through the research of heat transfer coefficient and the heat transfer coefficient, it is a kind of high temperature in microwave field of dielectric constant measurement method, and many conventional methods are not applicable in high temperature.Firstly, using the finite element simulation of microwave electromagnetic field distribution to research material complex permittivity with microwave field temperature, after finite element rectangular resonant cavity TE and cylindrical resonant cavity TM and spherical cavity of the electromagnetic field distribution, TE distribution is more uniform, the most suitable for heating, this experiment suitable for use in rectangular cavity to heat the material, and then through the various material simulation to the material in the field of microwave field strength and absorption power, as well as the electromagnetic field, resonance frequency, quality factor, energy loss. Experiments using the temperature measuring system of the microwave field the material in the heating temperature measurement, to material on time temperature curve, and then get the material heating rate and cooling rate, combined with the previous fall is material electromagnetic field data, finally calculate material dielectric constant...
