Printing and dyeing wastewater was discharged directly into rivers and lakes would cause great environmental pollution because thay are emissions,deep color and high organic content.Flocculation is a fast and effective pretreatment method of water treatment.It is very necessary to the development of efficient and harmless flocculant.In this paper,based on a comprehensive analysis of the development of domestic and foreignflocculant find a reasonable method of preparation.On the basis of preparation of polysilicate prepared two inorganic polymer flocculant,polysilicate containing aluminum sulfate, ferric sulfate,boron(PSAFB) and polysilicate containing aluminum sulfate, zinc sulfate,boron(PSAZB).With PSAFB and PSAZB deal with H-acid analog printing and dyeing wastewater.In this study,first,optimized the polysilicate optimum preparation conditions,as the gel time of polysilicate is to be indicator investigated the concentration of sodium silicate,reaction temperature.the polymerization of the pH value,acidifier,identified the optimal preparation conditions of the polysilicate that polymerization temperature is room temperature(approximately25℃),concentration of sodium silicate is0.5mol/L,polymerization pH is4.0,acidifier choose sulfuric acid.And to investigate the addition of different metal ions,change of the gel time,experimental results show that investment high valence metal ions silicate gel time longer than low valence metal ions.At room temperature and atmospheric pressure,the preparation of polysilicate solution were introduced into the sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate,ferric sulfate, boron and sodium silicate,aluminum sulfate,zinc sulfate, boron can be obtained PSAFB and PSAZB inorganic polymer flocculants.Many factors that the flocculant preparation.The experiment investigated the sodium silicate comcentration,pH and dosage of each component proportion.Color removal rate and color removal rate as the evaluation index.ultimately determined the optimum preparation condtions of the two kinds of flocculants.PSAFB preparation conditions:the pH value of2.5, sodium silicate concentration0.5mol/L, n(Fe)/n(Si)=0.3, n(Al)/n(Si)=1.5, n(B)/n(Si)=0.28. PSAZB preparation condtions:the pH value of2.0, sodium silicate concentration0.5mol/L, n(Zn)/n(Si)=3.0, n(Al)/n(Si)=2.0, n(B)/n(Si)=0.24.PSAFB and PSAZB deal with H-acid analog printing and dyeing wastewater and determine of flocculants.The conditions of the wastewater treatment process of PSAFB and PSAZB is respectively that dosage is25mL/L,pH value is9.0and that dosage is30mL/L,pH value is11.0.PSAFB、PSAZB and traditional flocculant were compared. In stability、flocs form、the residues of the aluminum ions the results show that the selt-mase flocculant is superior to the traditional flocculant.The pattern and flocculant mechanism of PSAFB and PSAZB were studied by XRD、IR and SEM analysis method. The results show that the raw material is not simply mixed,but interaction to generated atypical macromolecular polymers. The proper amount of boron are introduced than can increase stability of flocculant.So PSAFB and PSAZB is a flocculant that have high stability and coagulating properties.
