The nature product alkaloids which are present in most plants, isolated from various Amaryllidaceae species. The alkaloids have tens of thousands of species and mixture structure. At present, most researches are about Montanine, Narciclasine (lycoricidine), Galanthamine and Lycorine alkaloid. Nevertheless the reports are about (-)-Noraugustamine and (-)-Augustamine alkaloid.The Amaryllidaceae alkaloids (-)-Noraugustamine and (-)-Augustamine have been well development. The alkaloids have the unique hexacyclic structure. It consists of four consequene and one adjoining chiral center. The (-)-Noraugustamine and (-)-Augustamine alkaloids possess important biological activities including ipratropium, anxiolytic, antidepressant, cancer treatment, anticonvulsant, immunosuppress, Inhibition of cell cycle mechanism-type effects. A consequence this family has captured the interest of a number of synthetic groups as targets for total synthesis. The synthesis of (-)-Noraugustamine and (-)-Augustamine alkaloids we have designed including a series of the initial reaction, such as: Friedel-Crafts, Swern Oxidation, Grignard, Phenylselenenyl bromide reaction, the Nitro reaction,1,4-Michael addition and so on.The synthesis of1,3,5-triarylbenzenes, Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have attracted much attention due to its potential application in organic semiconductors, nanomaterials and photovoltaics. An efficient triple condensation reaction of aryl methyl ketones catalyzed by primary amine in combination with trifluoroacetic acid as additive was reported. A broad scope of1,3,5-triarylbenzenes was obtained in good to excellent yields. The reaction provides a novel and practical approach to access organic materials of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons under mild conditions.
