Coal is basic power energy source in our country at present and for a long period of time,and coal gasification is a major way using coal cleanly and efficiently. But there are many problems for coal gasification technology, at the beginning of the last century many laboratory studies about coal catalytic gasification were appeared for the sake of improved the gas efficiency, lowered the temperature of gasification ulteriorly,made better the composition of the coal gas and reduced the extent of pollution in the coal gasification process. However, coal catalytic gasification has not been applied for any process of industrial production so far. The research of this paper was also based on the level of laboratory studies, analyzed the catalytic gasification behavior of Shanbei jet coal coals elementarily using TG-FTIR coupled techniques.In this study loading0.001mol one-component compound catalyst on he the Fugu raw coal by equal volume impregnation method to study the coal gasification reaction, and this study has shown:K2CO3, Na2CO3, K2SO4show high catalytic activity on coal samples, improve the efficiency of coal gasification, gasification temperature is reduced by more than150℃the maximum gasification rate is2times that of raw coal; and CaO and MgCl2has little effect in the coal gasification process,even play a negative catalysis.On the whole for all one-component catalyst, the catalytic effect of the alkali metal catalyst is better than alkaline earth metal and transition metal catalysts, the catalytic effect of carbonate and sulfate is better than the hydrochloride,the catalytic effect of selected two-component catalyst and three-component catalyst is better than the one-component catalyst, Especially the catalytic effect is weaker, then the strengthening degree of the composite catalytic effect is more obvious.Mo Loading has a certain extent for the catalytic effect, the different types of catalyst, the different optimum Mo Loading.The catalytic effect of Selected the ultrasonic immersion method is better than equal volume impregnation method (mechanical mixing) obviously in this study, Especially for the weak catalytic activity catalyst, improving degree of catalytic activity Ultrasonic impregnation is bigger than equal volume impregnation method.Secondly, it studied the impact of ash on the the Fugu coal gasification reactivity and the impact of the catalyst on the deliming coal in gasification reaction progress. In the low-temperature stage of the gasification reaction, raw coal has higher gasification reaction activity than de-ashing coal, with the reaction proceed and temperature raised raw coal has lower gasification reaction activity than de-ash coal. Selected11kinds of one-component compound catalyst, and load0.002mol catalyst on per gram of de-ash coal samples by equal volume impregnation method, found all catalyst can effectively reduce the beginning gasification temperature in the gasification reaction except MgCl2, increase the reaction rate, shorten the reaction time, the better catalyst Na2CO3, KCl,CaO make the gasification temperature reduce more than200℃. Also compared with the catalytic effect the same catalysts that loaded the raw coal and de-ashing coal respectively, found that a weak catalytic activity the catalyst (NaCl, CaO) on the catalytic effect of de-ashing coal is significantly better than raw coal, for the catalyst with the better catalytic effect,on the raw coal and de-ashing coal gasification activity of difference is very small.The article selecte several typical catalytic gasification reaction to proceed a simple dynamics calculations, The result is consistent with the conclusions of the experiment basically.
