Nylon is the first synthetic fiber used as tire reinforcement, and the1950s, the U.S. truck tire almost entirely used nylon66cord. In the1970s, nylon6cord first in Japan was used for tires. The advantages of nylon fibers is impact resistance, high strength, good fatigue resistance and excellent chemical resistance; the inadequacies of the nylon fiber is relatively large deformation, it is likely to cause tire flat spot phenomenon, its heat resistance polyester the good. Nylon tire cord production process is relatively mature, but the academics never stopped its performance improved, now research is to reduce the drying shrinkage of the nylon cord and nylon cord breaking strength, fracture elongation and reduce tire flat spot phenomenon.Successful tires with nylon reinforcing materials production experience, in order to give quality products to customers in China, we need to do some preparatory work, optimize the production process, improve product performance, reduce the failure rate. We tease out the issues to be addressed in the following production process:the problem of the strength loss the①nylon strand in the twisting process;②nylon dipping liquid preparation process;③nylon dipping process, how to control stretch, tension, temperature, in order to get a good dipping quality; Adhesion how to control④The dipping process; dipping process, the phenomenon of the end of the rubber glue, how to solve it; humidity performance of nylon the impact, and how to control. These issues need to give serious consideration to solve, to avoid waste in the production, control of process conditions, save energy, reduce costs, improve economic efficiency, in order to market competitiveness. The above problems through experimental and theoretical analysis, we discussed the optimization measures:①improvement of the various components of the twister in order to achieve the effect of reducing the nylon strand strong loss;②by optimizing the formulations of the dipping solution, the reasonable control of the configuration condensation process of time, temperature, pH value, get the right viscosity and solid content of the dipping solution;③through theoretical calculations and theoretical analysis of the stretch and the furnace of the dipping process each segment tension and temperature, making nylon cord dipped under the appropriate production process to get a better physical and mechanical properties;④resolved through experimental and theoretical analysis of the factors that affect the appearance and physical properties of the nylon cord fabric. With the production in front of the preparatory work, we do a small amount of sample, and found that the product performance to meet our requirements, even better.
