Along with the rapid development of industry. it polluts the water resources more seriously day by day. It intensifies shortage of the fresh water resources and pollution of water environment pollution,, in order to ensure the sustainable utilization of the water resource, solve the pollution phenomena of water, especially one of the heavy metal ion shouldbe processed, At present, New and high efficiency green flocculant has become the research hotspot. In the thesis, In the existing condition of crosslinking agent for N’N,-methylene double acrylamide, to CMCTS and AM on grafting polymerization reaction and to optimizate the synthesis process, to get a the optimum of process conditions.;And Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers’s adsorption performance to Zn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+will be studied.Three aspects research have been done in the thesis:(1)In a K2S2O8and NaHSO3as the initiator, AM can graft CMCTS with the molecular chain. And join in crosslinking agent for MBA to a certain degree of crosslinking,to the crosslinking type CMCTS-AM grafted copolymer, the flocculant is good a water-soluble.(2)The structure and morphology analysisof Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers was characterized by the infrared spectroscope, the electron spectrometer,the TG analyzer, the scanning electron microscope. probe into structure and thermal stability about the crosslinking type CMCTS-AM graft copolymers;(3) Absorption performance of Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers to Zn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+has studied.The result of above four aspects indicates:(1)The synthesis condition of Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers was optimized as follow:mK2S2O8/mAM is2%,mNaHSO3/mAM is1%, mAM/mcMCS is5, mMBA/mAM is0.5%, reaction temperature50℃, reaction time3.5h, pH7.0, the obtained product Grafted rate is bigger than100%;(2) Through grafting copolymerization reaction to CMCTS for the peak and energy spectrum diagram change can illustrate:AM and CMCTS in the molecular chain graft copolymerization reaction, and with MBA to a certain degree of crosslinking; The TG analysis result indicated modified Carboxymethyl chitosan’s thermal stable performance drops; the scanning electron microscope result indicated that, After grafting the product of the microstructure of surface undergone great changes, modified particle have good dispersion, surface structure of crosslinking type CMCTS-AM graft copolymers has a large needle convex, this greatly increased its specific surface area and adsorption ability, be helpful for flocculating ability, the material form of structure is more advantageous to flocculate;(3) Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymershas the quick absorption kinetics speed to Zn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+;ToZn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+for adsorption capacity of CMCTS:0.96mmol/g,1.35mmol/g,1.94mmol/g;ToZn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+for adsorption capacity of Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers:2.02mmol/g,2.45mmol/g,2.82mmol/g, Compares with CMCTS, the absorption capacity of Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers increases observably; The absorption behavior of Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers conforms to the Langmuir isothermal absorption;In the Zn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+three Yuan ion systems, Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers has the very good absorption selectivity to Cu2+;Crosslinking type for CMCTS-AM graft copolymers which obtains after the chitosan modification has the good absorption performance to Zn2+,Ni2+,Cu2+. On the one hand,it has certain application value in the waste water treatment to separates.
