In this thesis, two kinds of single minerals of galena and sphalerite respectively with butyl xanthate, SN-9and dithiophosphate ba three of collector on the pH value of flotation recoveries of the influence of flotation tests. The change of flotation recovery under the conditions of different pulp pH and adjustment agent is investigated. The pure minerals and mixture of ore experimental results show that use the lime adjust the pulp pH for11,make SN-9and dithiophosphate ba (2:1) for the lead-minerals collector dosage for30mg/L,the depressant ZnSO4dosage for120mg/L,foaming agent2oil dosage for10mg/L, can realize Pb-Zn sulfide mineral separation.The condition test of Zn flotation and the experiment of whole closed circuit were carried out. the results of the study show that in order to improve the monomer disintegrate degrees of lead-zinc mine, take the lead of rough concentrate to grinding again two sections of the grinding process, apply SN-9and dithiophosphate ba (2:1) as Pb flotation collector, Butyl xanthate as Zn flotation collector, The calcium carbide slag adjust the pulp, ZnSO4is used for the depressant of Zn. using preferential flotation one by one, Pb rough concentrate to grinding again-0.038mm the proportion of91%of process flow. In the crude ore Pb, Zn grade were1.79%,5.82%conditions, obtain the lead concentrate with the grades69.76%Pb and2.56%Zn and the recovery of89.82%Pb, and zinc concentrate with the grades49.79%Zn and0.41%Pb and the recovery of93.47%Zn, and the beneficiation index is ideal.Mineral surface contact angle measurements show that:In strong alkali conditions, make SN-9and dithiophosphate ba (2:1) for collector can with the increase of between sphalerite and galena of hydrophobic differences, can effective separation Pb-Zn.The adsorption mechanism between lead-zinc sulphide ore and combined collectors is studied by infrared spectroscopy analysis.The major adsorption product on the surface of sulfide minerals with the collector.The results of the study show Technology that carbide slag instead of lime as the lead roughing adjustment agent is feasible. Using the flotation solution chemical theory to explain lead of vulcanize and inhibit, Cu2+activate sphalerite and ZnSO4inhibit sphalerite of interaction mechanism. Sulphur mineral with band structure theory explains Humic acid inhibit pyrite of interaction mechanism.
